dignificação perante o mundo onde a PAZ e tolerância se deve encontrar
urgentemente, é da maior relevância que Timor Leste seja representado, bem como
outros países lusófonos.
Cabe-me
reforçar por todo o respeito, dedicação e amor que presto à causa da lusofonia,
este apelo.

found urgently, it is of great relevance that Timor-Leste is represented, as
